Frank was born in New Jersey, but raised in Southern California. At 26, Frank answered the God’s call on his life at Calvary Chapel in Downey, California while serving in the Air Force.
Early in his walk with the Lord, he read Richard Wurmbrand’s book “Tortured for Christ”, which stirred his heart for the lost and the persecuted church. He was introduced to Open Air Campaigners (OAC) while on a short-term mission trip to France.
After returning from that trip, he organized teams from his College and Career group to assist the Los Angeles OAC branch, until the Air Force moved him on to Washington, D.C. While there, he volunteered with a couple of east coast OAC branches. After his military service, he attended and graduated from Calvary Chapel Bible College.
Frank participated in our Sketchboard Evangelism Training in Baltimore, Maryland and joined the OAC Staff in 2011. He was appointed as Director of the Southern California Branch in 2016.
