Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL

Richard and Diane Burley have been on staff since 2002 and moved to the Tampa / St. Petersburg area in 2018. Before this move, they ministered full-time in the New York City branch of OAC for six years. Their ministry years in New York included regular travel times to Florida for outreach as they trained and led teams of young people. These teams were composed of those from local churches as well as Bible schools and colleges. They would often minister in the Miami and Orlando areas and conduct ministry outreach on boardwalks, beaches, night time locations, and in some of the country’s toughest neighborhoods.

Even though they are based in Florida, Richard and Diane travel north regularly to conduct outreach in New York, New Hampshire and stay in touch with family members.
