Evangelist at Large Paul Adams and his wife Carmiña are stationed in Richmond, VA. Paul’s duties as Evangelist at Large include helping the Field Director fulfill his duties of visiting and encouraging staff, the equipping and recruitment of evangelists in cities in the USA (sometimes internationally), and helping directors of OAC branches in cities around the USA when help is needed with outreaches and equipping others. When in Richmond Paul carries out the ministry of preaching in the open air and equipping the saints, for the work of ministry on college campuses and various other venues during the school year. During the summer he spends most of his time with his wife Carmiña leading and equipping teams, mainly of youth, to beach locations, and on national, and international mission trips.
