The Dallas-Ft.Worth Metroplex is a rapidly growing area in North Texas encompassing thirteen counties and has a population of over 7.5 million people. The Dallas Branch began in 2009 when Rick & Dovie Moore returned to their native area after completing a two year internship with the OAC Boston Branch. In 2012 Juan Monzon, the Director of OAC Paraguay, and his wife Dawn moved from Paraguay to Texas. They are part of the Dallas OAC Branch but serve in East Texas where they live. In 2014, Chip and Kim Wolfe transferred to Texas to serve in the Dallas Branch. The primary focus of ministry in the Dallas Branch is adult and teen open-air evangelism in various cities around the area including Plano, Southlake, Rockwall and multiple locations within Dallas. Additionally, Chip constructs various items used in OAC style ministry which are used to equip staff members and others in the U.S.A. and abroad with the necessary tools for the job.
