The Baltimore/Washington Branch has been in operation for over 50 years with involvement of many local churches. Yet, there still needs to be a stronger presence in this vast metropolitan area of over 8.5 million people. Ryan Itzel is the Branch Director for the Branch and serves with Tom Fox, the Personnel Development Director for OACUSA, and full-time volunteer and member of the Board of Directors for OACUSA, Bill Itzel. Together they conduct evangelism training with individuals and small groups to equip the local church for the ministry of the gospel. We can be found in Downtown Baltimore/Inner Harbor (Baltimore) and Main Street, Frederick, MD during a weekday lunch hour or in downtown Silver Spring (near DC) on a Friday night. We actively represent OAC at missions’ conferences in local churches. Both Ryan and Tom enjoy training adults, teens, and leading kids club outreaches throughout the area. We host the annual Sketchboard Evangelism Training (SET) each summer in July training students from all over the USA.
