The Baltimore/Washington Branch has been in operation for over 50 years with involvement of many local churches. Yet, there still needs to be a stronger presence in this vast metropolitan area of over 8.5 million people. Tom Fox, and staff intern evangelist, Ryan Itzel, conduct evangelism training with individuals and small groups to equip the local church for the ministry of the gospel. We can be found in Lexington Market (Baltimore) and Main Street, Frederick, MD during a weekday lunch hour or in downtown Silver Spring (near DC) on a Friday night. We actively represent OAC at missions’ conferences in local churches and the National African American Missions Conference (NAAMC) held annually in the DC area. Both Tom and Ryan enjoy training teens and doing kids clubs throughout the area. We host the annual Sketchboard Evangelism Training (SET) each summer in June training students from all over the USA.
