Neil and Jamie Collins have been married for 30 years and are the parents of four children. Together they are passionate about serving the Lord through evangelism, discipleship, and encouraging families in their faith.

Neil has been involved in evangelism through open-air preaching, gospel tract distribution, and one-on-one witnessing for more than 20 years. He was first introduced to evangelism through Living Waters Ministry and the Way of the Master program in 2003, where he served as both a student and a trainer in their evangelism boot camps. Over the years he has continued sharing the gospel and has developed a deep passion for reaching the lost and equipping believers to confidently share their faith. Neil enjoys teaching evangelism classes, provided training for local churches, and has also served his community as both a coach and president of a local homeschool athletic organization.

Jamie is a homemaker and homeschooling mother who serves as a Community Director for Classical Conversations. She enjoys encouraging young mothers in their parenting, homeschooling, marriages, and has a heart for supporting families raising children with special needs. Before becoming a full-time mother, Jamie worked as a sign language interpreter and continues to carry a strong compassion for families navigating special needs and accessibility challenges.

Neil and Jamie came on staff in April 2026. Neil will be serving in Richmond, VA as the Intern Branch Director developing the Richmond Branch with the help of Paul Adams.
