Phoenix, AZ
Phoenix is the capital and most populated city in Arizona. Nearly two million live in the greater Phoenix area, which makes it the nation’s fifth most populated city. It’s known to most for year-round sun and warm temperatures, but we know it for the location where OAC staff Karen and Chris Williams minister.
Karen has been on staff since 1984, working in the greater Philadelphia area. In 2012, Karen and Chris were married, and now the Phoenix suburb of Chandler is the focus of her ministry. Karen conducts Bible Clubs, Vacation Bible Schools, AWANA gatherings, and a variety of outreach events. She also trains others in effective open-air evangelism, works closely with the local church, and travels on occasion to share Christ with the lost. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and her sketchboard drawings are well-received. Karen has also taken advantage of web-based evangelism opportunities by producing some video presentations available for public access at oacstaff.com/videos.
